Pick-Up Procedure

A team member will arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled end time to begin breakdown and ensure a timely departure.

1. The driver will inspect and verify all equipment before leaving the event.

2. The client is responsible for the equipment from the time of setup until it is picked up by the delivery team.

3. At the end of the event, the client must sign an equipment check-out form confirming return and condition.
