Identification Requirement Clause

The Client agrees to provide a valid and verifiable form of identification (“Client ID”) upon request and prior to the provision of any services by Chicago Mobile Hoops, including but not limited to the setup of the mobile hoop. This identification shall be used solely for the purpose of verifying the Client’s reservation and ensuring accurate service delivery. Chicago Mobile Hoops reserves the right to postpone or cancel the reservation if the Client fails to present the required identification in a timely manner. No services shall be rendered until this requirement is fulfilled. The Client’s compliance with this clause is a condition precedent to Chicago Mobile Hoops' performance of any obligations under this Agreement.
