TERMS OF SERVICE

By booking with Chicago Mobile Hoops, you agree to the following:

  • The event planner or main contact is responsible for all equipment provided during the rental.

  • All equipment must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.

  • The renter assumes full responsibility for the mobile hoop during the rental period.

  • Any loss or damage to equipment is the client’s responsibility. Repair costs range from $50 to $250 and must be paid at the time of pickup.

  • DO NOT move the mobile hoop once it has been set up. Movement is strictly prohibited.

  • Play at your own risk.

  • No jumping, hanging, dunking, dancing, or adjusting the basketball rims.

  • The hoop must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • All children must be supervised while using the equipment.

  • Chicago Mobile Hoops is not liable for injuries sustained during use.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items or vehicle

Safety Guidelines

Setup & Location

  • Delivery locations are subject to approval.

  • Ensure the area is clear and ready for setup at least 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time.

  • Once setup is complete, the equipment may not be moved or relocated by anyone other than our team.
