The Client acknowledges that Chicago Mobile Hoops is not responsible for any injury, accident, or property damage that may occur during the rental period or use of the equipment.

The Client assumes full responsibility for supervising all participants and agrees to release and hold harmless Chicago Mobile Hoops, its employees, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from the event.

Once the mobile hoop is set up, it may not be moved under any circumstances.
